Lieds Childrens Museum presents Little Builders!


NOW ON DISPLAY IN THE DONOR GALLERY ...Little Builders
Children ages 2-7 create, play and learn as they explore the concepts of construction, motion and simple machines. Created by the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, Little Builders will be on display at Lied Discovery Children's Museum through May 9, 2010.


Daily Programs:


Milk Madness! A fun chemistry experience for little learners. Explore what happens when red, yellow, blue and milk collide! Limit 12 participants per show, ages 5 and younger.

In Desert Discovery, Level 1, 9:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.
Cold Hard Facts! The world is NOT the same at very low temperatures! Experience the cold hard facts of what happens to balls, balloons, bananas and more at -320 F degrees.

In Einstein's Corner, Level 2, 10:15 a.m. and 1:45 p.m.
Polymers to Plastics! Things are not always what they seem! Through clever demonstrations, discover the importance of polymers and develop an appreciation of why plastics are an integral part of our everyday lives.

In Einstein's Corner, Level 2, 12:30 p.m.
Stuffee! Join us in exploring the human body, inside and out! In Stuffee's Corner, Level 1, 2:45 p.m.
